ISX Startup Configuration

I've realised that isx can pretty much do everything that wineq2 does so i'm looking for the startup config file for IS/ISXEQ2, I wish to set some default values eg.
Memory Indicator default startup to off
Set my game window startup position (normal size) and resolution

In one of the xml files it mentions if you wish to edit any values you'll need to copy the file and change your startup values to launch your own config files. For the above mentioned will i need to do this? if so how?

Any advice appreciated.

InnerSpace.xml in your main IS directory holds a lot of the IS defaults, as well as such things as the positions of various windows, and (I'm pretty sure) the commands that set up the indicators. (If it's not in that file, just poke around through the few other xml files in there) You can easily create your own startup sequence using the IS config panels, and just issue the commands to move/disable/whatever the indicators, without having to modify any of the IS defaults.
