Nice, any pictures or tutorial videos coming up?
Yes tutorial/wiki is in the works and Videos - I have a ton of videos of most all the raid mob scripts and heroic scripts in action but just haven't found the time to convert them and throw up on youtube - Soonish(tm) :p

Best thing for now is to download it and give it a go, all the commands are listed at the bottom of the first post and you just type them into your console like any other command, after the Extension is loaded.

Help is always available at IRC or on the forums

what particular mobs are you wanting to to move behind? or are you just talking all? that could cause some issues in some zones with falling off/getting stuck, but if there is a particular named you would like this on I can look into it.

well i run with an assassin so naturally things get killed way fast with ass attacks.. If it was intended for everyone to be infront for reasons of falling off thats okay i just wasnt sure. My other concern was it goes around into every single room imaginable for trash (although probably for shineys) just seems to take so much time out of it but i understand since you have to wait for a reset timer anyways to run it again.

That's great in principal, however I have discovered over the years that I would have better luck shooting a ducks eye at 1000km with an 1860's 6 shooter than asking for anything in IRC. Always lots of people logged in, never any useful replies to anything asked. Actually, never a reply to anything asked ever, in my personal experience.

I completely understand where you coming from, IRC does seem to be hit and miss, unfortunately though until we get closer to a actual release, I just don't have the time to develop any tutorials. My best suggestion is to look through the available commands by typing commands in your console. That will give you a list of all the commands, anything with RI is for ISXRI. Also the list above in the first post explains what most of these commands are for. And for the main RunInstances script, well you need just go into whatever instance it is you want to run with your full group, make sure you have some sort of Combat script running and type RI to run runinstances. then simply hit start to begin the script.

RICharlist.xml is your list for logging in toons. To get that file you need to either create it or Import your EQ2Chars from Ogre.

RILogin ImportOgre in the console will take care of that for you.

after that you can type CB ImportOgre into the console to import your ogre profile.

The reason you got that error was simply because the command was mistyped. ogreimport vs importogre

CB acts as a link between CombatBot and RILogin it has a few commands it accepts if it sees an argument that is not one of those commands it will attempt to login the toon name that is that argument, for this it checks the RICharList.xml file.

so, you can run it without importing the RICharlist.xml

you just need to type CB ImportOgre into the console instead of CB ogreimport

There is an option in the UI to 'Move Behind' a mob, but clicked or not clicked it doesn't seem to change anything (character doesn't move). Is that a future planned functionality, or should the button be working already?

The functionality is there in RIMovement just not linked into CombatBot just yet, hopefully soon.

Ahh ok. I've always used my own scripts completely, but I never have been good at making things simple (certainly not simple enough that I would feel comfortable trying to have others use it). I have to compliment you on how easy you make it for somebody to just load it up, load defaults, and go. Thank you for your work.

Any chance you can add the agnostic versions to the zones you have. Several of the zones you have now were added to the dungeon finder which would eliminate the need to have to wait for lock out timers. Really loving your work!

Yes i will look into this. It's most likely the same but with a slight different zone name so i will simply add those to RI, adding to my to-do list now.

The new zone you added Kaesora xalgozian stronghold. Noticed it runs the zone and kills the trash but doesnt run up the first set of steps to kill the first named Captain vhankmin. Which I am guessing is why no other named spawned in the zone.

yes it is wanting to kill that trash just atop the steps it is fixed in 4.73 i will prolly patch it tomorrow, in the mean time if you pause ri and run up and just grab that trash and not the named and run back down and un pause after they die it should resume as normal

Actually since the adds can be a pain in the ass it may be best to have the pathing the same as it was on release so it will clear all trash in the zone. Then afterward loop back around to the first named and go up the stairs to kill it which then makes the rest of the named in the zone spawn. Then you could just run thru the zone with no trash and kill the named. Also noticed the scripts for Eghonz and Janosz are not self targetting when Bulwark is up. Appreciate your work!

you might want to try and repatch sounds like yours is still on 4.72 as those things were all added to 4.73, also it does go clear the trash first, make sure you are at the door when you start RI, if you go anywhere else then it may pickup from the middle of the zone path file, RI scans the entire set of waypoints for the zone whenever it starts and it picks up from the closest waypoint to you and starts running the zone, in that zone since it runs and kills trash then goes back over the same spots for named its not linear and it can pickup after the trash killing waypoints and head up to the first named if your not at the front door when you run it.

But, Scouts do not move behind on the trash run.

correct this is by design, it can work sometimes but generally when running around in a zone like these having toons run behind (especially while being automated) can cause issues with the toons getting stuck or falling off edges, etc so its best at least for trash for them to just pile up

there is a command yes and its not specific to ogre or isxri, its an innerspace command, its the uplink remote command,
Syntax: RemoteUplink -list|-connect <hostname> [port]|-disconnect <name|IP address>

dont let that fool you RemoteUplink its actually uplink remote with the space. but then -connect PCNAME, you can see what PC's are linked together via the -list command. all of this can be added as a Rimui button by using executecommand option just make sure to put "" around the entire command, like "Uplink Remote -connect Herculezz-PC1"

Thanks I did get it to work. Is it possible to assign more than one executecommand to a button. Basically I want to click one button to connect to two different PCs. As it stands now I had to assign a connect button for each one individually. Not a big deal just was wondering if there is a way to do it.

Have one more question! Is it possible to dissable the auto loot function. I try to dissable it and it still loots the chest. Basically want to just use leader only so I can assign the loot. Even if I pause RI and change loot options to leader only it automatically loots and gives it to a random team member.

As it stands now I had to assign a connect button for each one individually. Not a big deal just was wondering if there is a way to do it.

no currently that is not an option, but what you could do is create a script in your scripts folder that did both the commands and then tie that script to a runscript button (I will see about adding a multiplecommands button)

Have one more question! Is it possible to dissable the auto loot function. I try to dissable it and it still loots the chest. Basically want to just use leader only so I can assign the loot. Even if I pause RI and change loot options to leader only it automatically loots and gives it to a random team member.

Check your loot options on the settings tab of all the toons bots they may be set to loot chests

Hey Herc I have having issues with some spells not being able to be added to cast stack while using CB on certain characters. Cant choose what type of spell it is and add it. Was trying to get Defile to work on my Defiler and noticed even after ability check it adds the spells to the cast stack but doesnt use it. When I try to delete and re add it has no description in the drop down. Can you check on this or tell me if I am doing something wrong.

Yep, good find my friend, it will be fixed in the next patch, i have a few things i will be releasing with it as well, maybe a cpl days

Looks like CombatBot is bugged. When it is started it immediately unloads!
These have been fixed in 4.77

I am confused on how to Importzonefile. Is there a list of available zone files. Or could you please give an example of how it should be typed into the console. Or do we have to create the file with Writelocs.

Yes that feature is for User Created zone files from WriteLocs. But to use it you would simply type ImportZoneFile filename.dat and it would load that file instead of whatever is built into the exptension or for zones that dont have built in zone files. the zonefiles for WriteLocs is stored in Scripts/RI/ZoneFiles (you may have to create this folder before saving your first zonefile)

Herculezz when you get time can you take a look at the Dirge spell Victorious Concerto to see if it is reading properly in ri abilitycheck. It defaults to a namedhostile but doesnt seem to cast VC at all. There is also an issue with the cure spell for a Mystic called Ancestral Balm. RI ability check reads it as a cure and it can be added as a cure in the cast stack but never uses it. It is a cure that can be used while moving so it is a nice one. Also is there a possibility you can make a write up on how to use Writelocs. Seems pretty self explanatory but some sort of information about how to use it would be helpful.

Try and run abilitycheck again, im not sure why it would not cast its casting fine on mine. I will take a look at it after a fresh abilitycheck, i will check on Anestral Balm as well.

Great thanks! I have a question is there something special you have to do to get the characters to use the Soothsayers Bomb Dispenser's on the last named in wizards den so he can take damage? I am meaning when using RI.

no it should be automatic as long as you have the script engaged, aka you either ran it with RI from the beggining or typed RI Pull Gooblin in the console on the tank, you should also see a message in console that its Starting Goodblin v1

Agnostics entered via town portal still allow other people to come into the instance with you. I've personally gone in and saw other people already in instance, then behind me came in some other people. It doesn't add them to your group - but it puts them in the same zone as you until it's full. RA probably should check that all 6 of your guys zoned in correctly, and none went LD or anything while zoning or it opens the chance of somebody else being put in the same zone as you.

will change it to balance only critbonus and potency

you can add it to CB as a on run command by going to the onevents tab and clicking on run and entering "TimedCommand 10 RIAutoDeity_ChangeMode 4" and hitting add, make sure to copy and paste exactly even the ""

then hit save

Thank you for the detailed instructions.

So far my main obstacle has been DPS checks, so hopefully that will fix itself over time as my deity points go up. I'm only around 10, and I think some people out there have 40 nowadays.

Herculezz can you check RI for Arcannase spire-Vessel of the sorceress (event heroic) Seems to get stuck in the middle room on one side and never moves in to engage The Armor of Sul. Also is there a command to move to the next step of the RI. Basically skipping one step if its bugged. Or lets say I want to manually engage The Armor of Sul. Would I just need to take my group near him and camp spot then type RI Pull The Armor of Sul in the console? Kind of confused about group placement when trying to pull a named with the RI command. Sorry about all the questions!

yes that zone is bugged its on my list to fix i just havent got around to it, hopefully in the next couple days
