Lost My Chat Window

the window that pops up if a toon in my group gets a tell doesn't pop up anymore... I'm sure I have something turned off anyone know how I get this window back. I'm sure its something simple but I can't seem to find it, any help would be great

MCP option for TellWD or something like that.

that brings the window backup but there is nothing in it even when receiving /tell it stays blank.
its working on my Zerker but not my pally and I can't seem to find any option to turn it on or off

check "receive broadcast tells from uplink" in setup .... fixed
