Memory Hacks for Water breathing, safe fall etc?

Is there any way to do this is ISX? I am hunting a lot around water areas and keep drowning

I don't want to bother a druid for 400 water breating berries to use while botting

There is a level 5 quest that gives you a bottle to breath for an hour. Keep the quest and don't complete it. Write a script that checks for drowning and if so, use that bottle.

Infinite water breathing!
