Mismatch For Several Days

So, I read the Sticky in General Discussion. I've waited all week due the recent patches. I decide to click the .exe download link. I follow the link to the second page from the Sticky. The Sticky tells me 1. we're waiting for an update 2. I'm on a non-U.S. server. #2 is not the case. And I doubt #1 is the case or someone would have made a post.

I've ran the Launchpad every day this week. I've tried IS loading a few times a day. Is there a way to access the current ISX version of the .exe or am I stuck with the usual troubleshooting method of yet another uninstall/reinstall? Oh, my pc is plugged into the electrical outlet, and it is turned on, and I do have an internet connect.

Still looking for a possible solution to Win8 install also.

The best way to find out the 'current' status of things, is via IRC. Although all you'll find there at the moment is a lot of people twitching and slowly going insane. (For some it was a fairly short trip)
