Mystic script and spell list (1-26-2007)

Updated again (1-26-2007)

v. 1.26
- Removed depenancy on bottools.iss, and just included in this file
- Spell list is up to date to 70
- Increased the use of the healing badger dude....
- Casts a group ward if MA looses agro

I've lost track of any little fixes and tweaks i've made in the past 4 months (as i still use this daily), but i cleaned things up a smidge finaly and posted a new version.

Since im no longer maintaining my illusionist script (pygars runs great!), im not going to maintain bottools.iss as a seperate script, and just included it with the mystic.
