Need Scripting help with some commands.

Hello, I am playing a necro and would like to know how to set some things up in the bot that would work realy well for me. first of all, i would like to be able to cast a corpse spell to gain mana on mobs, it only works on corpses, and would liek to be able to use it at 60% mana or less.

The other thing i would like is some pet commands.

Also one last thing would be a random Jump for my character.

See the wiki for use of "IF" statements, follow that up with a read through of a couple of scripts that cast spells. I'd specifically point you to FBBot.

As for random jumping, you can figure it out yourself. I get so tired of seeing that crap. Reminds me that we have far too many children in VG.

ok ok so the random jump might look bad some times. I was just thinking of a few things like, getting stuck at a rock, then I will jump 5 minutes later, or do some random jumps to make it look less botish is playing.

Oh and thank you for pointing me to the right direction. I wil be looking forward to giving allot of the commands a go

I started by ripping other peoples' work apart back in the day when I played EQ. Starting with MQ2 and moving on to ISXEQ.

Find scripts that work and read through them, figure out how they do what they do. Join the chat channel in IRC and ask questions when you hit a wall and need someone to help. Just keep in mind that you won't always get a prompt answer. Be prepared to stay in the chat room and log it to make sure you don't miss anything.

And the one sure way for not getting a response in IRC is to say;
' Can anyone help me?'
then 2 minutes later leave the channel.
Rule of thumb. Just ask the question and more than likely someone will respond, whether it be 5 mins or lax hours
