No control panels

I apologize in advance if this is not the right forum for this...
I recenty moved a 2nd computer to a 19 inch monitor from a 24 inch monitor. ISX loads fine, but there are no control panels now
for crafting or eq2bot. I have tried different display settings for the monitor out of game, & the UI settings in game, but nothing seems
to make the boxes appear on my screen. Radar on and eq2 track control panels appear and work just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Thank you.

if you're saying they're just off the screen(?) try "run uireset" from the console (while the scripts are active).
