Check the post here

But you can also try this link:

Just not sure what the question is really referring to. The Class files doesn't really dictate movement except when using the CastSpellRange (see above link) but you might have been referring to the movement in EQ2BOT (top link).

Both of those pretty clearly lay out the differences between EQ2BOT and CLass Routine files movement. But holler back and be a little more descriptive in what "movement" you are referring.

thanks!

thanks ill chk out those links!

i am only assuming its the movement located in the class file because it is only happening with one of my characters when the no movement button is checked.

i will take a further look at the code and see if i can figure this out :)

"It" being ? movement?

"When the no movement button is checked" ... meaning in EQ2bot, right?

That check option should be the grand-poobah .. when it is checked there is no movement except possibly the "auto-follow in combat" button. But there is no class specific movement through use of the CastSpellRange or the CheckPosition

Yep!

regardless if i have 1, 2 or none check my illy always acts the same and moves on their own during combat. they run in and engage the mob at a certain spell range.

i have run nearly every class with eq2bot and this is the only class that does this, which is why i thought it might be somehting in the class file.

Make sure "melee attack" isn't selected. I believe that still moves the bot into melee regardless of movement ... but check that in eq2bot.

Yea i have the same problem with my illy which is getting quite annoying. And ive down all the above. Example of how annoying: Say im in a zone and im killing stuff and then i hit the tab and target lets say a white npc(one that does not go into combat) my illy will sit there and try to kill him even though he cant, to the point to where ill have to endscript eq2bot. And another example say im in a zone and im tab targeting and i pick a mob like way across the zone , my illy will be fixated on that mob and will start running to him even though it suppose to not engage unless the mob is near, and ill have to endscript the program again and rerun.. and lets not forget when the illy bot keeps crashing and ending every once in a while.
