ogre craft lists for 95 chars

As I level a few of the heroics I built recipe queues for use in ogre craft that includes all spells/combat arts the toon would need after being PL'd to 95.

I'll add a few more as I get to them. (delete cure curse from the warden profile )

Fast and easy way to make these lists is to follow these steps:
1. Go to u.eq2wire.com select the character/class you want to make the list for.
2. Click on the Spells tab.
3. Select all of the spells you want. This will place them in a list at the bottom of the page.
4. Press select all and copy them to your clipboard.
5. Paste them into Notepad.
6. Add the following lines to the top:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<!-- Generated by LavishSettings v2 -->
<InnerSpaceSettings>

7. Add the following line to the bottom:

</InnerSpaceSettings>

8. Remove everything before the start of the spell name and add the following:

<Setting Name="

9. Remove everything after the first ( and add the following:

Expert)">1</Setting>

10. Save inside of your /OgreCraft/RecipeQueues/ folder as a .xml file type.
