So i'm noticing that when i use radar i see "essence of magic" on the radar once in a while, but then when you get close to it, it disappears from the radar without it actually being there. Why is this happening? Trying to find some essences of magic.. which are like next to impossible to find..

There are fake ones all over the map like you experienced.

One of the easiest ways to tell them apart, is if you can left click it on Radar and it becomes targetable, it's a real one. If not, it's a fake location.

Whether these fake locations need to be cleared for real ones to pop, I'm unsure.
