I tank him where he starts. When he spawns the three golems, kill the middle one and ignore the others. Whenever he emotes the red text about staring at someone, manually run that someone 20m away from him for a few seconds to avoid the instant death. Other than that, a lot of aggro recapturing.

If you have a subpar setup, that strat doesn't work out so well. When I first started pulling Oligar I had to kill the mem wipe golem on the right before the middle so I could take my time with the rest of the fight and keep it together.

i start in the room on the right so i can burn that golem as soon as it spawns, then burn the center one, then finish him.

This is how I also attempted to do it but I don't think I have enough DPS for this to be actually effective, I burned the red then the white one started on Oligar and they re-spawned about 45 sec later, I said F it and hadn't tried since but I intend to try just killing the white next time and dealing with the agro drops, heard the goloms do not re-spawn this way.

They only respawn if you've killed ALL the golems. Just kill the red one on the right, then the middle one and then oligar himself. If you have enough DPS, or heals good enough to not mind the mem wipes, just kill the middle one. If the mem wipes become too annoying, kill the red. When he red texts, I just run out and if it's on someone other than the tank, hit come2me and the group comes over so no one dies and I don't even have to flip screens.

Good info on the come2me trick but the golems still re-spawn if you only kill 2, at least they did 2 weeks ago, I killed red then white, never touched the blue one and about 45 sec into my burn on Oligar the red and white re-spwaned.
Golems do respawn, just on a timer.
You need to either have more dps, or simply kill 1/2/3 golems again.
Personally I just dft ogre follow, pull named, burn.
Red Text hits, make sure group is on no move, move the tank away, come back.
Burn white golem when it pops, repeat
My group is pretty setup, so memwipes arn't an issue, and I can already burn Oli to about 40% before golems even spawn

They do? Is this a recent change? I've never had them respawn if I just killed two, even when I was just faction geared and did far less DPS. Back then, wards and tank snaps were my friends.
