Poblem Loggin Intto Isxogre

Having a problem logging in to ISXQ2 in game.
1 Started Inner Space
2 Start EQ2 from Inner Space, logged into EQ2 with no problem, then a grey window call ISX Games Authentication asking for username and password, after entering my username and password clicked save. In the Console window there was the following message. ISXOgre error invalid username or password.
3 A brown window asking for my username and password, after entering them I got a similar error message as above.
4 I logged into my ISX Games account with the same username and password with no problem.
5 I went to the web page http://www.isxgames.com/HOWTOs/HOWTO-Manually_Enter_ISXEQ2_Sub_Info.html) and did all the instruction no the page. After trying to log in again
6 I tried logging into ISX again with the same problem. After trying to log in again I opened the file IXSEQ2 what was in the file is listed below (I have removed my username and password).

ISXEQ2 is not the same thing as ISXOgre. A screenshot of the error or a copy/paste might help you figure out which window is for what information.

I am new to this, did not no that they are 2 different programs. The isxGame Authentication window will aspect my username and password it is the Ogre auth were I have a problem. How do I set a ISXOgre account up please this will be the problem I think.

Nearest point on the path is located 234 251572 away. this is further than we can run (100 000000) Start/end point NOT mapped. tried to move onto the path and it saying no hops.

Above is a error message I get when trying to do a crafting writ, I have tried doing the writ in Freeport and a guild hall with the same problem. In the guild hall there is a work bench next to crafting station that I am trying to do the writs from it and I can do writs from there with no problem with a different charactor.

I have been having a problem to open the console, on the new user web page it said to user the "~" to open the console but this will not open the console for me. The only way to get the console to open is to delete the file ISXEQ2 from the extension folder, the console is showing on the Select Character screen and when I log into a character. When I log into a different account the console is not there how do I get there console to open on different accounts.
