Question: Jousting In For All

I can't figure out how to set all my characters to joust in and out. Currently the Joust In only works for scouts.

Could someone explain how I could do that? Default of All only allows scouts.

all does joust everyone in, however, do you have move behind or move to melee enabled on your non-scouts? If not, they'll be jousted in, but just standing there.

I have them all set to move behind, but when I tell them to joust in, only my scouts do. My priests and coercer do not.
