Is there a way to make the radar window bigger in size?

you can grab the edge and drag it. i keep my radar window full screen.

I've tried that I must have a old version can you tell me what folder the radar files are in so I can delete them and run SVN update.

Open the config window, go to the option tab, show the border, drag the border, hide the border, voila. Note the mouse cursor won't change when you're over the border, but you can still drag it.
