Radar stuck off screen

Not sure how but the top half of my radar is off the viewable screen. So I cannot click it and drag it around. I've tried going into full screen, windowed mode, shutting it down and restarting.

Is there a command or an easy way to move the radar to the middle of the screen or reset its position to default?

Long time bug with the radar. Type this into console:

UIElement[radar window]:Reset

Radar reset wont save

I Have the same prob, and that fixes it, but every time I restart it is off screen again. Does it not save when you use that command?
