I haven't been able to play yet since the GU update but I have been using a ranger in my 6 box group primarily for x4 content. Even with the need to manually adjust position for some mobs the ranger was parsing better than he did as an assassin and better than my high end geared beastlord ( when the bot was playing ). I imagine he's gonna be even better dps and certainly lower maintenance since the update. Been waiting all week to try it out, damn extra patch on friday!
