Reading .Iss files

What program do i use to read the .iss files. I am no programmer but i would like to look and see if at all i could tweek the routines myself.

Any text editor. Notepad. Ultraedit. Notepad2. Notepad++.

Any text editor will do.

If you don't have a favorite, try notepad or vim.
