Just a general FYI for anybody else trying to use RII to transmute the new stones. The new Planar Transmutation Stone [Treasured] can't be added to RII via the UI, but if you edit the file RIInventorySave.xml and add this then it will transmute them as normal:

<Set Name="Planar Transmutation Stone \[Treasured\]">
<Setting Name="Action">Transmute</Setting>
</Set>
