Rush Order Seems to put wrong quantity after 3rd writ

Even though I have updated the writ counts file with the correct number (3,3) in the case of lvl 40 weaponsmith. I have found that on the 2nd or 3rd rush order, it will make its quantity (3,2) for some reason, and the rush order does not complete. Any suggestions?

I get this problem on the occasion, and I notice it happens when my ping (or lag) is pretty bad.

If it's ping, and I have bittorrent running, I close bittorrent (on another computer) and my problem goes away.
