Script issue after SVN checkout

Been using Innerspace/ISXeq2 for about 3 weeks now. Ran into a tradeskill issue with level 70+ writs for the craft bot and found a fix. But when I try to edit the script my access is denied?

So the only thing I could think of was to try a quick fix by reinstalling Innerspace, isxeq2 and SVN all together. Reinstalled everything and set everything up. The scripts still work but the script folders I loaded into my desktop folder (before I copy/pasted to Innerspace directory) had no green check marks. Any idea? Not the most savvy script user.

Permissions issue. See http://vg.isxgames.com/wiki/index.php?title=IsxGamesPatcher#Patching_on_Vista_and_Windows_7

You copied the folders, but not the .svn folders (normally hidden) that reside inside them and contain the metadata that marks it as a subversion folder. Turn on show hidden files.
