Stuck on Moderate "Bugged" Work orders

Like the title says im getting hung up on the Moderate work orders that require *said* resource but does not proved the material to do the work. I keep getting the RED text that says something akin to "Missing items to complete Work order" wich i understand that it is not IGXS fault but a bugged VG game WO. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and if there is a way to skip over the WO so i doesnt just get hung up.
