Subscription problem

Hello

I have just renewed my subscription for ogre but when I go to load the ext isxogre it tells me that I do not have a subscription. I have had to use a new email due to having a different paypal, would this be affecting it as ive now been given a new user name etc. Is there a way to maybe change how I was loging in?

Hope there is something simple that I am missing.

Hi,

Having a similar subscription issue however its only on the one client(my coercer). I am able to open the other 5 without issue and my sub is due to auto renew in 3 days, anyone else encountered this type of problem lately?
