EDIT: Disregard. It turned out I was doing something daft. I'd pasted in the username from the email and I'd copied in a very small space at the beginning, causing the failure. 
Hi there. I think that I have an active isxgames subscription started last year that I completely forgot about. I successfully retrieved my password for the account but can't seem to log in using the page https://www.isxgames.com/amember/login.php . When I try (using the details in the reminder email) I get a 'Username or password incorrect' error.
I'm probably doing something daft, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
