SVN ERROR -- Update Fails

Each time I attempt to update my file I get the following errors:

Can't open file 'C:\Program Files(x86)\InnerSpace\Scripts\EQ2Common\.svn\lock': Access is denied.


Can't open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\InnerSpace\Scripts\EQ2Bot\.svn\lock':
Access is denied.


I have Windows 7 Home and I'm logged in as the admin. Any help is appreciated.
