tradeskill rush orders

Hi i had read that people are having problems with the rush order writs? I am also having problems with all of them. It turns in a writ then gets another but does not go to the clipboard to start the new one. The tailor is the same as everyone else says no recipe or cannot find. I was just wondering if there is a way to fix this or we just have to wait for it to be figured out? Its just getting frustrating and just wanting to know if anyone has a temp fix or something for this...Ok i just found a post about changing the customwrits?...where do u find them so i can change them?
