Troub Thunderous Overture

I've now noticed that this spell is never cast, even tho it is in my CA, Named CA, and chain1 tab. It's even towards the top. Other abilities are being cast behind it in the sequence. Has anyone else seen this? What should I be looking for or do to correct (i.e., should I redo my export, delete it, and add it back in)?

It's no longer a single target spell.
Run a spell export then restart ogre.
And then of course it's a pbAoE spell so it won't fire on single targets unless you specify it with the IAE flag in your CA, chain and named tabs
