Update: Billing/account Support

Effective immediately, all questions/issues related to isxGames accounts, billing, subscriptions, authentication and things of that nature should be sent via https://www.isxgames.com/amember/helpdesk. Direct email inquiries will no longer be answered.

Also, as a reminder, the isxGames subscription does not come with any technical support whatsoever. (The community here on the forums and on Discord are the only options for technical support.) Therefore, any help desk tickets involving technical matters, unless they involve one of the account/billing matters mentioned above, will be ignored.
