Well, any "fixes" to the craft bot *should* be merged into the SVN repository...it would be silly to share them here. I thought that Blazer was keeping up with these, as they were posted...of course, as might be expected, people started creating more and more threads instead of posting to the one where he requested these type of bugs be reported.
IMO, If there's really that many changes that need to be handled as exceptions by some external config file, it's the craft script logic itself that's broken.
