How this ability works is you use it and it counts how much dps you do the next 10 secs up to a cap. You have 3 mins to use the ability but to use it, you have to click the button again and it decompresses the button kind of like clicking off a buff. Is there a way to have ogre decompress or use this ability when someone is low on health? I have it set on MCP to enable the group ward and it works that way, just hoping for a more convenient option.

I believe the hold ward spell is the same spell so setting a priority to use protective insticte when member x is at x% health should work. not gonna respec to find out if that's for sure or not though.

Though faith of the fallen is a better choice for a ward& heal that and howling of the pack has more utility

MCP button is the only way to use it as far as I know. I use HwtP though, so icba to test anything either.
