Warlock Profile?

Anyone have a warlock profile that can actually out dps a conj or necro?

My warlock parses about 100k below my conj and necro configuration. I have redone it 4 times now and am still unable to get a warlock parse to beat a necro/conj parse in similar gear. I tried both configurations on the ogre wiki and neither beat my current config.

Of course I am assuming that the eq2 design team designed warlocks to be a higher dps. If this keeps up though I may just swap him out for another conjy.

any suggestions or help are appreciated. Thanks,

Mine does around 130k-180k but still does not out parse my conjuror. They are both equipped comparably. I would be interested to see a profile form someone that has a higher parse.

Does anywhere from 450-550k on single target and 700k+ on decent aoe stuff, mostly SS em stuff with one or 2 pieces of pow gear.

I am getting maybe 30-40% of what you described above am decently equipped (Mainly HM SS and a few pieces of Sev x4 raid).

MY group is SK,Troubie, defiler, inqy, coercer, warlock. The warlock gets UT from the troubie.

I have listed out below his current stats so maybe someone can share how poorly geared I am in comparison? Or maybe it is a poor decision in reforging.

Buffed in the group

HP: 67k
Mana: 52k
Int: 4220
Cast Speed: 125%
Ability reuse: 126%
Recovery: 114%
Spell reuse: 28.4%
Abi Mod: 3,443
Crit: 350
CB: 267
Pot: 240
Sp Wp Haste: 182
SP Wp DPS: 175
Sp Wp MA: 32

Not necessarily from Reddo but am curious if anyone pushing the one group limit would mind comparing their teir 1 dps' stats to my warlock's? Kinda curious what the toon is lacking. He is currently putting out 150k-220k depending on the encounter. 150k on single targets / 220k on big Aoe battles.

I run a wizard and she easily does 200k

My suggestions:

- Increase Potency (240 really?)
- Increase spell reuse
- Increase Pot / CB to 300
- Reforge and remove some of the cast speed and change to ability mod. Should be around 5k

And screw all that crappy SP WP crap... reforge it all to ability mod / spell reuse

Should look more like:

Cast Speed: 100%
Ability reuse: 100%
Recovery: 100%
Spell reuse: 100%
Abi Mod: 5k
Crit: 350
CB: 300
Pot: 300

Just to add that you do not want 100% ability reuse AND 100% spell reuse. You only need 100% combined total.

These are the stats i run with on my warlock

Group in raid is Warlock, Troub, Illu, Brigand, Necro, Inquis.

Things to take note of:
In instances where mobs are dying <30 secs then there really isn't time for warlocks to shine with a lot of their stuff being dots. You also really need to be in close to the mobs to maximise your damage so if you are parking him well away then you will not be getting the most you can. Also make sure you are intelligent with your usage of the myth clicky (i always forget to toggle this).

Thank you both.

Your point about being close is a good one. I believe I have been parking him too far away.
