what classes are you multiboxing

hi

i gonna start VG soon wanna try some multiboxing with isxvg... what kind of team composition you wud prefer ?

i woud think about 2-4 accounts max. atm i thought about a Dread Knight/Bard/Cleric group ? iam pretty new to VG so you coud give me meaybe some nice team comps for multiboxing..

is this comp able to do some dungeons/harder quests/mobs ?

First the scripts.
I use VG-DK and VG-BM for these chars, both scripts run very well.
VGA is the general script, much more powerful then the specialized ones, but you also have to setup and tweak it much more. You need to know the class very well and should play it a certain time actively in order to create a powerful setup.
For full automation (self running) I also use KBOT, but only for the moving part.

Classes:
Tank/DD/Healer is the natural choice.
I have scripted all 3 tanks using VGA, but actually I find VG-DK a bit stronger for its designated class (probably my VGA setup is not that optimal).

Because your other chars will follow the tank in close range, I would prefer melee DD and melee healer. Means bard or monk (I would not take a rogue because of the added positional problem, which could be solved - but why should you do it, if you got better options). I have also used all casters, it works for sure, but melee damage is easier to script (casters need range for managing aggro).

I have also botted all healers, even DSC and BM with their special healing types are playable. But probably bear shaman (great tank buffs) or cleric (easy healing with HoT and heal proc, great in combat buffs) are better choices for running scripted.

I have a few friends that fill the last spot, it's nice to be social so having the empty group slot works for me. I do run a high risk inviting people to my group but I think i've turned a few people on to isxvg this way too. Be kind and courteous (don't snipe names/nodes from people for example) and they typically don't care if you bot. Most people are appreciative that they have group action. However, i don't run through town with my bots trailing behind me either.

Like the above poster, I like melee bots but I have to have a evacer (Psi), it just makes life easier. I dislike rogues because they are high maintenance with being positional. Monk is crucial for FD when things go south. Tank healer bard is pretty much staple for a group of any kind. If I were to add a sixth it would a ranger for added dps and buffs.

My question to other people who run a group setup, is Pota possible? If so, how far have you gotten?

I was wondering if those that run 4+ instances could give me some pointers on how they setup isboxer's cpu strategy and, if you use the "make game believe it is forground" and any other useful hints or tips for getting things running smoothly. I've got 6 instances working but I have noticed with ISXVG running some of the scripts begin to lag or stop working.

warrior, sorc, shm, psi, brd here. i use vga to control the other non-tank classes, gives me more control in case things go badly.

are you talking about pota trials mortifer? i highly doubt you can use a script to complete the trials if you aren't geared up for it. you could probably farm 1 side of the vault, the side with the mark of verbs debuff is a real pain.

I run 4 without using isboxer, I have been told it's good and have been thinking of trying it out but so far I just use multi accounts in window mode and box ok.
