Welcome to the world of Ogre
    Now you're playing with power

    Last updated: 03/05/2010

All available Ogre scripts will be posted to the SVN. This list will be updated as files are updated.

    Currently available:
Ogre - Portal to all Ogre scripts (explained below)
EQ2OgreTellWindow - Relays tells to computers
EQ2OgreHireling - Collects and sends hirelings
    EQ2OgreHirelingGroup - Multiple guild halls/toons
EQ2OgreDepot - Deposits resources into guild hall supply depots
Ogre Auto login - Method of logging into characters from the login screen by using the toon name only.
EQ2OgreTransmute - Fully functional transmute script with UI. You will have bag options! Only mute items in Bag #1 if you want!!
EQ2OgreHarvest - Updated harvest bot. ***Currently in BETA. See the thread regarding Ogre Harvest Beta***
EQ2OgreZoneReset - Loads a UI that allows you to select zones you wish to reset. These options can then be relayed to all comptuers. Note: This is a very early release. More functionality (such as saved lists and such) planned for later releases.

    Coming soon:
Removal of 'Hireling' - Since it doesn't really work with the timeout.
Complete rewrite of "Hirelinggroup' (Hireg). With many more options.
    More work on Harvest.

    Installation:
    1. Make sure that you have a valid subscription to ISXEQ2 and that it is properly installed.
    2. Download Tortoise SVN from the internet at http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads. Then, install it and reboot your computer. Reboot.
    3. Open Windows Explorer and browse to your /innerspace/Scripts folder. Right click anywhere in this folder and choose the option "SVN Checkout". In the window that pops up, enter https://github.com/isxGames/isxScripts/trunk/EverQuest2/Scripts/Ogre as the "URL of Repository" and then be sure that the checkout path is "/innerspace/Scripts/Ogre". (Leave the other settings alone.)
    4. The new directory that was created (/innerspace/Scripts/Ogre) should have an "SVN" icon in it. You can now update this directory at any time by right-clicking it in Windows Explorer and choosing the option "SVN Update".
    5. Open Windows Explorer and browse to your /innerspace/Scripts folder. Right click anywhere in this folder and choose the option "SVN Checkout". In the window that pops up, enter https://github.com/isxGames/isxScripts/trunk/EverQuest2/Scripts/EQ2OgreCommon as the "URL of Repository" and then be sure that the checkout path is "/innerspace/Scripts/EQ2OgreCommon". (Leave the other settings alone.)
    6. The new directory that was created (/innerspace/Scripts/EQ2OgreCommon) should have an "SVN" icon in it. You can now update this directory at any time by right-clicking it in Windows Explorer and choosing the option "SVN Update".
    Using Ogre scripts:
Ogre.iss is a portal. You use this script to access the world of Ogre. All Ogre scripts are accessed via the Ogre portal.
    Example:
"Run Ogre" - Loads a user interface that displays many options for starting/stopping scripts.
"Run Ogre <script>" is how you access the portal.
Run Ogre hire - Would activate the hireling script.

Ogre.iss also stops scripts when you want them to by using the "End" command.
    Example:
"Run Ogre End <script>" is how you end a script.
Run Ogre end hire - Would deactivate the hireling script.

    Script Specific Information:

Script: EQ2OgreTellWindow - Relays tells to computers
    Usage: run Ogre Tell <options>
    Options are: -b -r -n -b-r-n
    -b: Broadcast to the uplink
-r: Receive tells broadcast to the uplink and display them
-n: Play a noise when a tell is received
    -b-r-n: Combination of them
Notes: Does not use the EQ2 Windows, it "pops" a new window onto your screen. You cannot respond.
    Setup required: None

Script: EQ2OgreHireling - Collects and sends hirelings
    Usage: Run Ogre hire <tier>
Tier: # from 1 to 9. If no tier is supplied, highest tier (9) is used.
Notes: Collects and sends out guild hirelings with the specific tier. Once done, it waits 2 hours and collects and sends them out again. You MUST have all 3 hirelings.
Setup required: Guild hall with all 3 hirelings.

    Script: EQ2OgreHirelingGroup - Multiple guild halls/toons
    Usage: Run Ogre Hireg <tier>
Tier: # from 1 to 9. If no tier is supplied, highest tier (9) is used.
Notes: Logs into each toon specified, runs the Hireling script (see above), once completed, moves to the next toon, and repeats the process. This script was intented to be used for people with more than one guild hall.
    Setup required:
    Rename file: eq2ogrecommon/DoNotShareWithOthers/Blank.eq2chars.inc to eq2chars.inc
Fill out character information in eq2chars.inc
Use a Login screen that does NOT retain information (available on SVN).
Edit eq2ogrecommon/Ogrehireling/EQ2OgreHirelingGroup.iss and add your names of the toons you want to use.
    ******IMPORTANT*******
If you are not comfortable with having your account username/password in a text file, DO NOT USE THIS SCRIPT. Never, ever share any files inside of "DoNotShareWithOthers" folder. The EQ2Chars.inc will have your character information in it if you add it.

Script: EQ2OgreDepot - Deposits resources into guild hall supply depots
    Usage: Run Ogre Depot <Rare>
If the Rare modifer is left out, it depots only common harvests. If the rare modifer is added, it only depots rares. Imbues are considered common harvests.
    Notes: None.
Setup required: Be in a guild with a supply depot. You do not have to open the supply depot window.

Script: Ogre Auto login - Method of logging into characters from the login screen by using the toon name only.
    Usage: Run Ogre Login <toonname>
Notes: If you are not on the correct toon, it will /camp and wait for the login screen to appear.
If you are at the loginscreen, it will log you in.
If you are already logged on that character, does nothing.
    Setup required:
    Rename file: eq2ogrecommon/DoNotShareWithOthers/Blank.eq2chars.inc to eq2chars.inc
Fill out character information in eq2chars.inc
Use a Login screen that does NOT retain information (available on SVN).

Script: EQ2OgreTransmute - Transmutes items based on user selection in bags based on user selection.
    Usage: Run Ogre Transmute
When the UI opens, select your options and hit Transmute
Notes: Read the console for the warnings. Auto-transmuting is generally bad because you are allowing a bot to transmute your items. I personally recommend you only have items on you, you want transmuted to ensure no accidents. GMs won't return items "because my bot ate them".
Setup required: Be able to Transmute...

Script: EQ2OgreZoneReset - Resets zones based on UI options. Allows for options to be relayed through the uplink.
    Usage: Run Ogre Reset
When the UI opens, select your options..
Notes: At this time - You MUST have opened your zone resuse window prior to opening this on the main box. The relay will take care of it when you actually reset, but to see the list itself, you must open the zone reuse window once. If you don't, your list will be blank. This will be resolved in a future release.

    FAQ...
    Q) Why is everything called "Ogre"?
    A) I, Kannkor, have a RL nick name of Ogre, which came from Everquest 1. I was originally an Ogre, then I became a frog; Kannkor Sore.

    Q) Why does the Login script require a UI mod?
    A) There is currently no way of knowing if a text box has information in it, or a way to clear it. The UI mod keeps the boxes cleared out. If you have a login screen mod already, you can mod it to keep the boxes clean, or add your mods to this one.

    Q) What if I want to run two scripts at once, like the hireling and the tell window.
    A) You would activate each one like normal. "Run Ogre hire" and "Run Ogre tell". Ogre isn't limited by the <this script already running> error.

    One thing I didn't mention I guess..

Ogre is a portal, however it is a portal I use for ALL my scripts.
"run Ogre" with no args, runs the Ogre adventure bot (not public), so if you are getting script UI.iss not found, that's because it's not public.. :) I may mod the ogre.iss so it gives that direction.

Nup - I plan to make it UI driven at some stage, which will allow you to send each toon out for any tier, and also allow you to use the depot after collecting (if desired per toon). However at this stage, I have some scripting I need to do on my adventure bot, and on Ogre Harvest to get it released.

I'll make a list of feature suggestions in the original message.

I recommend you bitch slap what ever person is sending out 1 of the 3 hirelings. Currently, you are completely correct it will wait for that 3rd one to be finished. I plan on adding a lot more functionality to this script to skip when hirelings aren't done. However, it's very low priority on my list..
