Zone Was Reset

is there a way to tell that a zone was or is reset?

i.e. i'd like to know that Brokenskull was reset, is resettable, or can be reset in 30 minutes.

or at a minimum, any part of the above.

either navigating a chain of data, or some other way...

anyone know how?

I can't figure out a way to get this info either... would be awesome if someone could either post how to pull it off or to get Ama to add it!
