My CoB is only on the priority tab with me as a target and combat as the type and just to confirm the Dirge that I overwrite is still on my auth list in case that is somehow the issue.

A while back I made a thread about CoB overwriting another Dirge's CoB in a raid setting and I was told that adding them to your auth list would fix this problem. This worked, I would no longer cast CoB while his was up... However, a week or so ago this feature is no longer functioning as my one...

It seems as though since around sometime last week I have once again been casting over the other Dirge in the raid even though he is on my auth list and the syntax for his CoB macro is correct on my Dirge tab. Any clues as to what might be happening?

I think you are talking about the 2nd to last named that has two adds that are with it Sloth and Greed I think... You need to pull the named to the bottom of the steps and burn the two adds as fast as possible, by the time they die, the "Essence of x" will start spawning at the back of the room...
