Nope. I'm not seeing this. I let it run and for 10 cases in a row, it either went to 90 or 91% in the second to the last step. It was at 100% by the end of the first 4 steps (Stage 1 and 2), and stayed at 100% for the next two (Stage 3), but at Stage 4 (the wheel), when the options came up...

That's what I understand. I just couldn't seem to get up to 100% on the last part. I would be at 100% about 1/2 way through, then the last step before the finishing move would drop it down to like 97 or so.
