Have you used any of the patches which delay launching drones ? They usually work by wating until you have been targeted by all reds, and, since haulers dont target you, they'll never be deployed.

1. You need to edit the xxxWhiteList.xml and xxxBlacklist.xml and add in whoever you can in thoses list, they aren't built automatially. 2. The label should be the prefix of whatever you call your safespots e.g. Label : Safe_ Bookmark : Safe_spot1

I had this problem yesterday, dropped fleet, re-formed fleet, worked fine. Only thing that ocurred to me was in the first fleet, the member I was warping to was squad commander, when I reformed he was fleet commander. Haven't had time to test this yet though. edit: using 3.2 btw.
