Got Banned today for 7 Days i think 1 Account was reported but they banned 11 by Ip also the 90m sp acc which never used any illegal stuff got hit

Yea but that dosnt change the Machine ID does it ? I know it is changeable when you get new Hardware, was just wondering if it is changeable with some kind of software :yea:
do they ban a 2nd Computer by Ip or just the reported (first) one with Machine ID ? Or both coz of same ip ?

Perhaps you should simply adjust your usage.

If you run it in VM this will change most parts of machine ID
(but they can ban you by IP - so VPN-or-eve-via-socks is needed)
I'm not aware of any public machine-id-faker (to remove needed of use VMware Workstation,VirtualBox works not so great with EVE) but such tool can be rather easily written.
p.s.network MACs are part of machine id for EVE and it looks like client doesn't distinguish between 'real' network cards and virtual ones(VPNs,etc)
