Some abilities trigger on increments of different abilities:
e.g.
Mystic's Barrier of the Spirits can only be case when Ferocity of Spirits is up, and should generally only be cast when Ferocity of Spirits hits 3 ranks (though you can cast it prior). In this particular case it's also a ward and so should be in the priority tab, which doesn't have any increment support.
There are other examples I've run across but can't think of them at the moment.
Kannkor, is this possible to do in a way that can be controlled by the player or would each such ability need to be hard coded? I was thinking something like an increment slider for abilities and a dropdown ability list to set the ability to watch for triggering.
If it's feasible at all I can put in a feature request.
