Advice for 1st group and future second

Hey all,

I currently have 6 accounts and dont see that changing. I run 1 group now and am working on creating a 2nd group to run. First group is
Monk/Assassin/Mystic/Inq/Coercer/Drige

Question #1 - For that group would a defiler be a better healer than mystic?

Question #2 - I have talked to a couple of folks who are trying to convince me that if I betray my sin to ranger I will see a big dps increase. Looking for opinions. Sin is fully mastered and although making experts isnt a big thing for ranger, mastering him out at the get go would be expensive.

For my second group it is shaping up like this

SK/Wiz or Lock/ Illy/Troub/Healer/Healer

I do not have healers for the 2nd team yet, so again looking for advice. I am not well versed in heals. Was thinking Fury for sure but again, what do the pros think? I have a friend who may transfer healers to me so wondering what I should be looking for? Also if mystic would be better in 2nd group I can certainly use her there.

A lot depends on what you want to accomplish. There's also a lot of other threads asking nearly the exact same question, and have a lot of opinions in them.
