What is the best way to kill this mob if you can't burn the named straight down? I know this is a scripted mob. You have to cure one curse but not cure another, which is caused by the pillar spawning. Ogre will cure either curse. Is the only way to do this using ogre is to do a straight burn on the named? This is a named in drunder 2x by the way in case you don't know them by name. It is the one with the warboar adds that have names of the seven deadly sins.

Since I'm not getting any replies, I am assuming that most people just burn it down, sounds like I need to rethink my setup per maybe get more gear.

Not sure many bother with this zone I went there like twice with guild.

A friend needed some gear, so I took him there and just stomped the entire zone. I'm pretty sure I stood and burned every single named.

HM gear is a bit of overkill for this zone though

Here is a strategy if you cannot straight burn it where it stands. One group goes up top and kills the two heroic boars then kills the main name. The other group stays down below at the opposite side and kills the new boars that move really slowly. DPS check: If you cannot kill these new boars before they reach the main name, you don't yet have enough DPS for this encounter. The group up top always cures curses, while the group down below always ignores curses. (Though I might have the curses flip-flopped.)
