ISXEQ2 definitely has zone restrictions because people couldn't lay off contested raid content. So he restricted it.

What is amusing, most of those people who didn't agree with it, spend a lot of time in contested zones (heroic), and are now on drunder.

The problem is that if enough people do it - we will all get burned. If DBG gets tired of the reports and problems associated with it they will come down on us all.
