Auto Login

So, I've read different things about autologin in multiple locations.

Some seemingly outdated documentation explained that Evebot requires modification of the launcher_config.xml file to autologin. Though I'm not sure why the username/password fields are in the evebot GUI in that case.

The reason I ask is I set up evebot last night and it ran successfully. Though, when I woke up both characters were logged out and evebot was spitting out something along the lines of "not in game". Of course, the logouts were almost definitely due to downtime. Point being, it didn't log back in.

So, of course, whatever I was doing didn't work and I'm setting up the launcher_config.xml to try it tonight. Though, if anyone could clarify and/or point me to an up-to-date explanation, that would be fantastic!

From what I read it seemed like the launcher_config was simply to login for the first time and not re-login on disconnect/downtime.

I guess I'm trying to figure out if the evebot GUI username/password fields are for re-login, or not. And if so, why it didn't re-login. Thirdly, if not, why there are two locations for username/password.

I suppose I'm curious as to what the evebot GUI username/password fields are for.

Is there documentation on SuperLauncher somewhere?

I think those are from some very old code and the UI was never updated. I'm not using autologin (yet) so I can't say for sure.
