hi, is there a way to get one powerleveling toon and one normal toon to run a zone, kill all the trash, then zone out, and zone in again, rinse and reapeat all using ogrebot?

Not built into Ogrebot, no.

Generally speaking, I don't automate things for afk playing, unless it serves a specific short term purpose, in a case like this, people would use it to afk for days on end.
