Bit of help with the Berserker script

I have just started getting into IS for EQ2 and am trying to get it working with my Berserker.

I have it all set up based on the wiki's tutorial, and everything seems to be working in EQ2Bot. However I can't get the berserker to fire off any of his abilities. In all cases it will keep the buffs up, switch weapons in, etc. but when in combat (with Full Auto checked) it doesn't seem to do anything.

Any insight or thoughts how I can tweak it out, or an updated script would be appreciated. Otherwise I'll be breaking the script open myself to see if I can figure out what is happening. I just haven't had the time to do so yet.

Thanks in advance!

What is the con color and difficulty of the mobs? Are you perhaps ignoring them with the settings in your eq2bot settings tab?

Ignore yellow con
Ignore Named
Ignore Heroic

All things that would cause this behavior.

Are you checked as the Maintank, or have you set an assist?

If you set an assist, is he targeting the mob or another player? If the assist isn't targeting the mob, you wont pick up a target to hit.

Hope some of that helps.

I am only ignoring Red, Orange and Epic. I have Heroic, Named, Yellow, White, Blue and Green unchecked (so I shouldn't be ignoring them). I also have the berserker set as main tank. (Granted I'm mostly soloing right now, but I am experiencing the same problems both in and out of groups). If it would be helpful I can post the contents of his XML config file here.

make sure you have pull checked, and a valid pull spell when main tank.
the pull distance should be no larger than the max range for the spell. I suggest AE taunt with a value of 15

The value in the AS(Auto scan) range is when the bot becomes aware of mobs. set this to a number between 5-15 for a berserker maintanking.

A-ha! that was the culprit. I was trying to pull with a bow. As soon as i put in a valid spell, it lit up beautifully. Thanks!
