Booting EQ2 with 3D on as default?

I bought a new LED monitor today with 3D capability and when I run EQ2 using innerspace / isx it starts up with 3D enabled by default.

If I boot the game using the launcher it's fine.

Anyone know how I switch this off in innerspace / isx settings?

Apologies for cross posting in both product forums, not sure which one would have this setting.

Update: Lax has confirmed it's not Innerspace. Any ideas?

It's probably because you're loading EverQuest2.exe directly. Try clicking on "EverQuest2.exe" in explorer directly and let it launch and see if it does the same thing. If so, then it's not IS or ISXEQ2.

There's really nothing I can do about this because I'm not sure what the parameters are to EverQuest2.exe required to turn it off. My suggestion is to change the monitor so that 3D is completely disabled on the monitor or else get a different monitor.

Thanks for the imput Ama Yeah it's weird cos if I launch everquest2.exe as you suggested it loads up fine. It's only if I launch it thru innerspace running isx it loads up in 3D.

I'll have a look in the monitor settings though, as you suggest and see if I can turn it off completely.

What happens when you load it up in innerspace without having isxeq2 loaded? Does it still switch to 3D? If so, then it *is* InnerSpace. You'd need to tell Lax that it happens without loading ISXEQ2 and that it doesn't happen if you launch EverQuest2.exe without InnerSpace.

Hey Ama, just in case anyone stumbles across this with a similar problem in the future, I fixed it. Needed to update my graphics card driver, that was all
