With the most recent patch, it seem the bot goes idle when screen in minimized. Yes, i am using windows mode and never had this problem before. Anyone else having this problem.

Bot not working when minimized

This has _always_ been the case on any OS newer than WinXP. If it was operating for you when minimized, and you're not running windows XP, you're the only one I've ever heard of. When minimized, the game goes to 0FPS, hence the bot (which runs on frame hooks) does nothing.
The evebot launcher runs the command "windowtaskbar on", which will allow it to run while minimized. If you're not running the launcher, you'll want to run that command manually.

I am running win xp
Then EVE must be using a newer system now which also minimizes on XP. Use the same method i mentined in my previous post, it works on XP as well.

Is there a launcher?
In a tutorial it was written that you only can launch evebot with the "run evebot" command ingame?!

How did you type the command in? I don't use laucnher. I just run the evebot script from console.
I recently busted my bot idle when in windows mode while minimized. i've never seen this happen before.
