What group setup are you running? What kind of gear do they have? Where are you pulling them to?

FYI: Gninja has already said he is nerfing the adds' HP and reducing the frequency of their memwipe in an update next week.

It's a gear check fight. You basically need to survive long enough to get aggro back. Most tanks have some method of AE rescue once in a while.. after that it's blow through your single target rescues.

In general, every single tank should have at least 1 +position piece of gear, and 1 +threat (like a 4000 threat increase) gear. There are TONS of them in SF, so pull them out of your bank and use em.

My group conf. is: Guardian, Assassin, illy, wiz, templar and defiler. All toons with T2/T3 or PQ armor with 200 Crit, tank have 110 crit mit.

I'm pulling the named and adds to the center of the room but die in 2 seconds...

I have tried with mez with no luck.

Try this:

Pull them out into the hallway with your Guard on one side and the rest of the group on the other.
Use your Illy to start the encounter off with a group mezz on the adds.
Have your Guard pick the named up and choose one of the adds to burn down first.
Keep the other adds mezzed until you kill the one off, then have your tank choose another.
Rinse and repeat until all adds are dead. Move the named to the center pillar in the room and continue the script from there.

Healers will need to be spamming wards and reactives. Your guard should be in full defensive stance with a shield. For this fight, max reuse reinforcement, tower of stone and recapture are your friends.

help

I am now stuck on this mob as well, but for different reasons. I have no problem tanking and killing off the worms but as soon as he goes atop his perch I cannot kill him fast enough to overcome the heals he gets since I cannot push the 3 buttons at the same time (only two computers and two hands).

How did others do this mob, did they grow a 3rd hand or just straight dps to overcome his heals? :p

I do the buttons differently than the strategy on the first page of that thread because they don't have to be at the exact same time, just within a second or two. I put a healer at the first button, the bard at the second, and the enchanter at the third, and spin the cameras so that the point I want to click is right in the middle of the screen. The when he ports up top, I use the hotkey to switch to the healer, click, hotkey to the bard, click, hotkey to the enchanter, click, then back to playing the tank normally. It's easy for me that way because I only have one computer, so all the windows overlap and I never have to move the mouse if I have everyone positioned right.

Switching windows for me requires hitting CTRL-ALT-1,2, etc... I'm not that dexterous on the keyboard so I see little chance in being able to coordinate all those keystrokes (plus clicking mice) in the second or two alotted.
Maybe I'lll go practice since I have all the zone cleared except for Bount. I really need to kill this guy for progression and also I have the dominance quest all but done cept for this guy so if this is the only way to do it I better learn how.

Did you even look at the link he posted for you?
I had already read through that thread before he posted that link actually. And I read through it again for good measure. But the problem I was having was in clicking all the buttons (nearly) at the same time. I couldn't get my hands to function properly. I'd panic trying to alt-tab my way to the right screen and mess it up. Or I would have trouble getting the mouse in the right spot. So I came here to see if others might offer a workaround solution if the clicking part wasn't going to be an option for me.

Luckily, an hour or so of practicing switching windows and clicking buttons eventually turned my panic-strickeness into cool resolve. Cleared the zone 3 times since. I've also now cleared Iceshard Keep, and am working on Rallos Zek but can't get past the Idol since none of my toons have crit mit adornments on their RyGorr yet (still working on Thurg faction). Once I get to 150+ CM in the next week or so, I imagine I'll be clearing all the Kael instances. Not bad for having just started a month or so ago with toons that hadn't even finished epic repercussions and had nothng but a poor selection of SF legendary & PQ armor.

I am reading each and every reply to anything I post with meticulous intent and for every question I post here, I guarantee I have at the very least used the search function and looked for the answer.

Bottom line, I'm still a noob at this, expect more stupid questions from me in the future.
