Buffing issue!

Having issues where my templar refuses to buff anyone but himself with Aegolism, as soon as I cast it on anyone else, he cancels it. Similar problem w/ Virtue, either not casted at all, or simply canceled, i've messed around with the class buffing options, but can never generate any other result. Thoughts?
