Cannot get CRAFT to work since this recent patch

As I have done thousands of times over the past 5 years, when I open the Innerspace console with the "~" key and type CRAFT I get the error message: Unknown command 'craft'. Please I just need a fix. I'm not a programmer. I just want this to work the way it always has.

Thank you for your help!

It is because ISXEQ2 is not fully authenticated and loaded yet. The message "Extension 'isxeq2' loaded" is an InnerSpace message that happens immediately after the process begins. You have to wait until you see the "loaded" message that ISXEQ2 produces or when ${ISXEQ2.IsReady} is true.

In other words, you have to wait for isxeq2 to finish loading. If it doesn't happen after a few minutes, then there is another problem going on. In either case, it has nothing to do with craft.

Thank you Amadeus. It never fully loads even after many hours. I have gone so far as to reinstall Innerspace and ISXEQ2, updated all my scripts with SVN to no avail. How can I fix this? Denise

Can you reach https://www.isxgames.com in Internet Explorer? (note "https" and "Internet Explorer" as the important words/phrases in that sentence)

Did this stop working after the last EQ2 patch or the last patch that I did yesterday?

Honestly, I have no idea why it wouldn't load other than not being able to connect to the authentication server. The only other thing I can suggest is for you to install Teamviewer and email me (or PM me on IRC) the information so I can look at it on your computer myself.

I'm having this same issue on my Win XP machine with no luck. (I know, I know, bash me for the old platform but meh) It just hangs out at "Extension 'isxeq2' loaded. I haven't used it since your patch, but it was fine before then, I tried using it today and came across this same issue. I can load the website from IE.
